Alexandra has significant experience working closely with Congressional and education leaders in a bipartisan manner to advance innovative policy ideas and initiatives.

Before joining ILO Group, she served as a member support associate at a national education advocacy organization, where she provided technical assistance to leaders and their teams in developing and implementing city or state-specific policies, research plans, and other projects. Previously, she served as a Special Assistant to the U.S. Secretary of Education where she helped advance a range of policy priorities, including building employer-education partnerships, promoting skills-based hiring strategies, expanding school choice opportunities, strengthening teacher recruitment and retention efforts, and managing relationships with key stakeholders. Prior to that, she worked for numerous members of Congress and congressional committees, including the U.S. House of Representatives Committee on Education and the Workforce and a bipartisan, bicameral government affairs consulting firm.

Education
Alexandra earned a bachelor’s degree in public policy leadership from the University of Mississippi.
