Bonnie holds a wealth of experience in impact-driven nonprofits, working in operations management, project coordination, and executive office support.
Before joining ILO Group, Bonnie was a Senior Operations Associate at Chiefs for Change, where she was responsible for building out knowledge management systems, coordinating cross-functional initiatives, and providing overall staff support. Previously, she served as a Strategy Manager at America Achieves, a New York-based education non-profit, where she assisted in the state-based strategy work, explored new philanthropic initiatives, and coordinated a biannual convening of philanthropic leaders in education and workforce. Prior to that, Bonnie worked as an Executive Assistant to a political candidate. Her previous experience also includes a role as Development Associate at a nationally-recognized foundation, where she managed event-related fundraising.
