Cerena Parker is a co-founder and COO of ILO Group. A vision-driven change agent, Cerena has spent over 10 years leading executive operations and project management to help high-impact and growth-focused organizations achieve their goals.
Previously, Cerena was the Senior Director of Operations at Chiefs for Change and helped to build the organization from a start-up to a leading national nonprofit. Before that, she served as key advisor to the CEO of (RED), where she provided support for high-level strategy initiatives, launching special projects and events, and managing board relationships. Cerena got her start in education working with the New York Early Childhood Professional Development Institute at the City University of New York, where she implemented a digital marketing strategy, planned special events, and supported the executive director in managing relationships and strategy. She began her career in mental health counseling, working with veterans returning from Iraq and Afghanistan.
