Emily brings experience across K-12 education, technology, and artificial intelligence, with a focus on helping school systems use technology effectively to improve teaching, learning, and operations. Prior to joining ILO Group, Emily led program management for the enterprise AI portfolio at Success Academy Charter Schools, where she oversaw AI-powered products supporting teaching and learning, school operations, college access, and student success.
Previously, Emily worked at Frontline Education, partnering with school districts across New York and Connecticut to implement technology solutions that supported district operations and strategic priorities. Her work combines education policy, K-12 technology, and AI product and program management, with an emphasis on practical implementation and strong execution.
