With over a decade of rich experience in education, Erika brings a unique blend of skills from her work as a middle school science teacher, a district data analyst, a researcher, and a consultant. Most recently, Erika worked at Education First Consulting, where she led research and projects in service of equitable education for all students that focused on social and emotional learning, state education agency coherence initiatives, and strategic planning. She is particularly proficient in using equitable design thinking processes and community-based research data to steer school and district-level strategies.

Erika holds a bachelor’s degree in nutrition and food sciences from the University of Vermont and a master's of education from Stanford University.
