Hannah has significant experience working closely with leaders on strategic planning, project management and community engagement across the PK – 16 pipeline. She is passionate about partnering with leaders and school communities to envision and create an innovative education system that empowers all students to achieve their dreams.
Before joining the ILO Group, Hannah worked as a project manager at Hartford Public Schools, where she supported the planning and implementation of strategic initiatives including leadership preparation pipelines, continuous improvement processes, reformed grading policies, and student engagement programming. Previously, she worked in TRIO Student Support Services where she provided direct support to students and implemented innovative programming focused on first-generation student retention. She started her career in education as a College Possible AmeriCorps member providing college access advising to high school students in Milwaukee, WI.
