Senior Consultant
Justo Yanez is a Research Consultant with over a decade of experience in K–12 education, specializing in mixed-methods research, survey design, and data-informed school improvement. At Education Elements, he led large-scale district partnerships, integrating psychometric analysis, qualitative research, and longitudinal data to support strategic planning and initiatives. His prior experience includes roles as a founding Assistant Principal of Instruction and School Improvement specialist supporting more than 40 schools, and Survey Design Principal with the Tripod team.
Education
He holds a Master’s degree in English from the University of Colorado Denver and completed doctoral-level courses in Curriculum and Instruction (Literacy Studies) at the University of South Florida.
