Katie has experience supporting state education agencies and school systems to translate ambitious academic priorities into stronger instruction and improved student outcomes. Prior to joining ILO Group, Katie was a Consulting Partner at TNTP, where she advised senior leaders and led statewide and district initiatives focused on curriculum implementation, instructional leadership, and continuous improvement. Her expertise includes managed instruction, high-quality instructional materials, early literacy, mathematics, and school and district turnaround. Katie believes lasting improvement comes from combining ambitious goals with sustainable practices that enable leaders and educators to succeed.

Katie earned a bachelor’s degree in Human Development and Family Science, with a focus in math and literacy education, from The Ohio State University.
