Laura has extensive experience supporting state and district leaders in accomplishing their goals through strategic management and implementation support.
Prior to joining ILO Group, Laura was a Senior Associate Consultant at District Management Group, where she supported 30+ school districts across the country on a variety of topics including aligning school schedules with district priorities to maximize impact, implementing student wellbeing systems to expand support for students, and conducting academic return on investment analyses to drive district-leader decision making. Laura started her career as a high school math teacher and freshmen grade level chair in Dayton Public Schools.
Education
Laura earned a bachelor’s degree in accountancy from Miami University and a master’s degree in education policy and management from the Harvard Graduate School of Education.
