Maggie is passionate about supporting school leaders to implement innovative initiatives that value and elevate the deep wisdom within the communities they serve. Most recently, Maggie worked as an instructional coach in Sequoia Union High School District, where she supported teachers with the implementation of equitable instructional practices and assisted district leadership in collecting and analyzing data to inform strategic decision-making. She also served as a project coordinator for the district’s equity and diversity council, where she managed several initiatives related to improving equitable outreach and communication with multilingual families. Maggie has been involved in facilitating professional learning across the country and internationally for over a decade. She has particular expertise in deep listening with diverse stakeholders to build responsive and humanizing solutions that center the student learning experience.
