Michael brings 17 years of experience as an educator, instructional leader, and consultant, with a focus on math curriculum design, implementation, and professional learning. After three years teaching middle school math in Phoenix, he spent over a decade in Denver, Colorado as a founding high school math teacher and soccer coach.

When he is not working with students or teachers, you can find him rock climbing in the mountains of Colorado with his wife, Allison, and their daughter, Eliana.
