Raedell has over 15 years of experience guiding clients in the collaborative process of thoughtfully considering pain points, engaging in creative problem-solving, optimizing processes, and actualizing data-informed strategies to build capacity and amplify impact.

Prior to joining ILO Group, Raedell served as part of the senior leadership team of the NY Early Childhood Professional Development Institute at the City University of New York for over 10 years. As Project Director, she worked closely with city and state agencies to advance policies and initiatives to support the diverse needs of the early childhood workforce.

In this capacity, Raedell also led the PreK Teacher Preparation Project, providing administrative oversight and project management to a four-year, multi-million dollar collaboration with the NYC Department of Education and CUNY’s senior colleges to create alternative pathways to early childhood teacher certification.

Education
Raedell earned a bachelor's degree from Binghamton University in philosophy, politics, and law and a master’s degree in public policy from The George Washington University.
