Most recently, as a Senior Associate at District Management Group (DMGroup), she partnered with a wide variety of districts to drive improved student outcomes through strategic planning, special education opportunity reviews, and resource-aligned budgeting. Her work included evaluating the academic impact of district-wide strategic initiatives, equipping leaders with data and tools to support high-impact decision-making, guiding the development and implementation of multi-year strategic plans, and partnering with district leaders to identify areas of strength and opportunities to better align special education services with best practices.
